Please note that there are 3 types of appointments available:

• Initial Examination - For new patients.  This appointment is approximately 45 minutes in length and includes treatment when appropriate.  The cost of an initial examination is $105.  Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow time to complete the intake forms.
• Reassessment - For existing patients who have not visited the office in 6 months or more. This appointment is approximately 30 minutes in length. The cost of a reassessment is $80. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment in order to allow time to complete the intake forms.
• Regular Visit - For existing patients who have visited the office in the past 6 months.  This appointment is approximately 15 minutes in length.  The cost of a regular visit is $60. Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

• 45 Minute Massage - $85.  Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
• 30 Minute Massage - $65.  Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time.

New patients - Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to complete a case history.

• Required for New Patients. Will include a full health intake and assessment as well as treatment.
• Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete new patient intake forms.

Follow Up Acupuncture Appointment:

• For existing patients who have visited within the last 6 months
• 60 minutes - $105
• 45 minutes - $90

Acupuncture Reassessment:

• Required for existing patients who have not visited in the last 6 months

All treatments may include needles, cupping, gua sha, tuina/acupressure, moxibustion, electro-acupuncture, and/ or dietary recommendations depending on the condition being treated. Your practitioner will discuss your treatment plan during the Initial Acupuncture Appointment.
